★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible! do not use this company! They are very unprofessional and they took their time to make me pay more. They also lost an item from my furniture and scratched a table and a chair. When i called them to tell them about this and try to get my item back (because they have insurance), the person who answered told me she would talk to her boss and call me back, but never did!! i called them multiple times after that and they never answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome movers I must say. We hired movers for the first time and to be frank, we were a bit paranoid, but guys from trustmove made us feel comfortable and we're very patient all along. We would choose them as our movers for our future requirements for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE experience. One of our items was lost during the move, we know it went into the truck, but we couldn't find it after the move. When we called about it, they said they would look into it and call back, they never did. When we called again, they said it was just lost and there's nothing to do about it and hung up. I don't know how that's acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I hired 2 movers and they worked hard the entire time trying to finish as fast as they could. They were able to safely transport 2 giant mirrors for me (one not framed) and also load a very heavy mattress by themselves. They have a lot of equipment for moving just about anything, but if you have something in particular you are worried about you should ask. I will use this service when I move again

One of their owners is completely crooked and charged us for a mistake in which they went to the wrong address (despite a contract where we provided it as well as the postal code). They take only payment in cash and leave the movers (who speak no English) to sort out the details. They also tried to charge us twice for the deposit! This company should be criminally investigated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ close to 300$ an hour for a terrible experience. a while back i hired trustmove and they were super shady. like others have said, they only accept cash payment. they even charged me for the movers' break which is illegal. they broke furniture and refused to answer phone calls. one of them hung up when i asked for the complaint department.
