★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very good to deal with. When I went back to get my car after a $270 detail job there was another person there, I assume the owner. He asked me to pay in cash in a very intimidating manner. I explained that I don't have cash with me and I wasn't asked when I booked the detail. He shrugged and said "we are a car wash". I responded that at all other car detailing I have had, I paid credit card or debit. He gruffly responded ok debit. I had spoken to his staff earlier regarding bringing my other car in. At this point I said to the owner I didn't like how he interacted with me so would not bring my other car in or give a good review. He came after me in the driveway called me a piece of ----- and more and said never come back again. He said he was offering me cash so I need not pay tax. This was never clear to me in the very aggressive way he was asking for cash . He is a very large guy and very threatening. I honestly thought he was going to strike me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever writing a review . The car wash was decent, but they gave my car mats to another car. Their response was we'll call you when the other customer comes back....
I'll update the review if I'm eventually compensated or they retrieve my mats. As of right now I'm not impressed. Spent money on a service and lost even more with them giving my things away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to ask about pricing and wait time and the guy was so angry and irritated by that question that he started berating me: “come on man, come on man, stop calling about that, it’s a nice day, you have to stop calling” I had never called before and couldn’t believe how he was talking to me. He kept berating me to the point that I had to hang up. Condescending, horrible customer service. Too many options to accept someone willing to speak to a potential customer like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *BEWARE AVOID* I don't review often, but I hope this review prevents others from having to go through this.
They didn't bother telling me ice accumulated (from the carwash water) at their entrance and there was a huge drop. Was motioned to drive in, went in broke the mud flap because of the huge drop. Was told in very aggressive language it's not their fault, after which they started breaking up the ice at their entrance. I guess there was something they could've done.
Was told by the manager (Fred) that that's life and tough luck (just in a way ruder way). He hung up on me when I asked to be reimbursed for the broken mud flap. Just avoid, they will break your car and tell you keep walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst wash ever! Windshield not well cleaned, some product stain left on the seats and on the inside of the windshield. Not well vaccumed … never again! Just unprofessional… wish I had checked the reviews before! :(
