235$ diagnostic that clearly states no issues yet they recommend replacing everything for several grand. Took vehicle to a reputable independent mechanic and got a third opinion where both parties agreed VW was flat out trying to rob us. Be prepared to challenge their recommendations if you have the misfortune of dealing with them.

Expensive ($93 to change light bulb). Inconvenient (2 hours waiting even that i have an appointment). And they messed up the signal lights and i had to return again. Well, you don't learn for free. NEVER AGAIN.

BEST VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE CENTER. RECOMMEND! MAJDI HASSAN IS THE PERSON WHO TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY CAR. This is by far the best Volkswagen Service I've gotten. My key was stuck in my ignition lock and there was no way for me to turn off my car. I was actually heading to another service center (On saint Hubert) that was open during this Covid-19 time, and they were telling me that my ignition wasn't under warranty, I was sure it was though. I'M SO GLAD I called this VW service center in downtown, and spoke to Jessica (AMAZING service and so kind, her soft voice really inspires trust) where they confirmed to me that it was under warranty!! I right away took my car out of the VW service I was at (which is the one called "Popular" on saint Hubert street) and took it to the one in downtown. THEY DON'T TRY TO SCAM YOU! THEY ARE HONEST WORKERS. I'm so happy I finally found a service center I can trust. They topped my essential liquids, oil, they inspected my whole car and fixed a recall I had on the car and they fixed my ignition lock under warranty. I really trust them! RECOMMEND THEM 100%. DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON SAINT-HUBERT, COME TO THIS ONE!!!!

Unprofessional team. Poor customer service. Worst service I ever got. I dropped the car at 7:30AM ; I booked the earliest appointment possible (7:30AM) because I absolutely needed the car in the evening. I was told by the agent that the car should be ready before 5PM. I just happened to be around the service centre around 3PM and thought I'd pass by to enquire about the repairs. The rep explained that the car will only be ready the next day because '"a lot of work is required". When asked about a courtesy car, they didn't have any. They wanted me to rent a car from them. No one in the whole service centre had the discretion to offer a courtesy car or a store credit for the rental.. I advised the rep that I booked the earliest appointment possible (7:30AM) because I absolutely needed the car in the evening. The rep admitted that THEY DIDNT EVEN START THE WORK ON THE CAR, although the are aware it needs "a lot of work". All the reps seemed indifferent to customer satisfaction. I told them to cancel the work sheet and left with the car. All this to say, very bad service, very bad customer service. Unprofessional team.

Selling a used car. Was asking 2k for a 2000 accord. Didn't even know if it would start. When I said it was too much for an uninspected car. He said good luck finding something cheaper. They have a garage there. It's not that they did not inspect it. It's that they did but was still trying to sell a lemon.

Called for service and the employee on the phone didn't want to help whatsoever as it was a warranty related issue. Kept finding excuses for them not to open the file. Called at another dealership for the same inquiry and got my appointment within 5 minutes. Hire someone else to pickup the phone.

I'm pretty happy with the service! Cymon was really helpful and I'm happy with the job. Basically "warranty coverage", but that's what we paid for: any problem with the car, the first 4 years is on the manufacturer, good service and communication and well cared off.

Very helpful, but it has been almost two weeks without any update on the status of my car, as they are waiting for the parts to arrive. This is very understandable, but a more accurate timeline would have been very helpful.
