One of the worst companies i've ever dealt with. Absolutely zero customer service; left multiple voice mail messages + emails all which have been left unanswered. Staff at the Griffintown location are permanently all sitting down in front of their computers or on their phones and look completely disinterested. This was the first and last time i purchase anything from this company.

I ordered a couch in November, they said it would be delivered end of December. That turned into end of February when I called them at the end of Dec.. Now it's supposed to come end of March(doubt it). The store and stuff is nice, but this experience is not worth it. I get it's covid but every time I call the story is different. Anyways, be careful. I finally got my couch end of March. I raised the grade up one cause it's nice and the delivery people were very nice. But when I called end of March to check up, they were like oh ya the couch has been ready and I didn't receive any calls.

As many others have mentioned, the main issue with this company is their service and delivery times. I have purchased two items from them and both were delivered many months after original delivery date. I get that there are issues with supply and covid and all the other problems facing delivery orders but what Must should be doing is providing more accurate delivery times so that they are not constantly disappointing customers. Also, in this day and age, I should be able to track my order online and get automated updates about my orders without having to call the store and follow up on the information from the not-so-friendly sales agents. I'm sure it isn't easy for them to constantly be dealing with frustrated and disappointed people so they should be given the right tools and information to better service their customers...clearly a badly run company all-together!

Absolutely shocked by the in store customer service, everyone was terribly stuck up and for what? You sell low-mid tier furniture, get off your high horse.

I took the reviews with a grain of salt at first as many of them were related to delivery times which are delayed everywhere at the moment. However, this place really does have awful customer service. I came in to look at couches and became interested in a desk. I asked a saleswoman for information on the desk and showed interest in possibly buying it right on the spot, but after only 2-3 minutes and discussing with my husband, I felt it would be smart to reflect and come back- not unusual when it comes to buying furniture. The saleswoman rolled her eyes and huffed and asked “what’s the problem?”. I very politely responded that we would like to come back and she huffed and walked away! she was very rude in an obvious way. I will not be coming back.

All these bad reviews are unfortunately all true. When I went to buy a sofa they told me it wasn’t in stock and would arrive next month. I was a little hesitant because of all the bad reviews. I mentioned the reviews to the sales rep and she assured me not to worry because the sofa I purchased is made in Quebec and the delays never longer than a month. We’ll 3 months later and I’m still waiting with no calls for must. Every time I call they tell me a month Please stay away from this place. I made the mistake I hope this review will help someone else

I wish I also read these Google reviews sooner! Truly horrible customer service, the worst I've experienced so far. I ordered a coffee table in late Dec and was told that it would arrive in late Feb. It is now late March and still there's no sign of it arriving (despite the Toronto store rep supposedly adding an "urgent" flag on my order). I'm very disappointed and would like a refund if the delay continues.This is unacceptable, especially since it's shipping from Montreal to Toronto! The coffee table is close to $1000. I'd expect much better service from a store that sells good-quality furniture at this price point. The showroom pieces are beautiful, but the customer service is shocking. No active follow-up, no apologies whatsoever. In the meantime, I will continue to chase them down for my order. Must Societe must get their act together soon -- or risk serious loss to their competitors. 6Apr update: It finally got delivered! Luckily the table is nice and in good condition. To be fair, they did try to compensate by delivering the item to my home (rather than pickup at delivery store as initially planned).

Terrible experience..we order our sofa last year in November 2021. Was told it would be ready in February 2022, was delayed to March. Delayed again until June. They kept using covid as an excuse, at there very least they should let customers know the order is delayed(we had to chase them down to find out). We ended cancelling our order cause it too so long. There seems to be no one working in customer service either. You can only leave a voicemail and hope someone gets back to you.
