--update-- car has been in repair since November 2019, after months waiting my car was 90% done when I got it back, now many months again after I'm still driving a wrecked car while my insurance increased my price and Fix Auto cashed their check long time ago! This is ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car needed some painting work on one of my back doors. They did it just fine. But during their work, they left two damage spots on my front door (by some cornered metal). It looks like their workshop is not well organized and the worker does not at all care for my car. Never again come back.

But when I dropped the car for repair, they gave me a replacement car that was not in good technical conditions, brakes were not reliable and making noise. The car itself while running was making noise too. In general was not a decent replacement car, which originally was supposed to be from Enterprise Co not Fixauto. At least I hope I can see the work is properly do e when they give me back my car. In the beginning I was told it would take 3 days to fix the car, despite of having appointment with them, the part had not been ordered. So they ordered the part just after I dropped the car. So 3 days turnd to 5 days and then they say

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was recommended by my insurance company. Without getting into too much details. Took me 6+ visits to get my van fixed. Had to go for an estimate. Then the work wasn’t done properly had to go back. Then it wasn’t done properly a second time. Then I had to bring my car in separately for them to get a paint sample. Was too much for one claim. Not to mention had to wait more than 1 month for an actual appointment to fix the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a back-door repair done at this shop yesterday . Very friendly estimator-staffs , Mr.Paul Dardarian & Mr. Steven Romano , made the visits to the repair shop welcoming. The repairs were finished ahead of schedule and the shop cleaned the car's inside and outside before giving it back to me.
Especially a very big THANK-YOU to STEVEN --- You are so helpful, courteous, patient to answer all inquiries, informative on repair procedures, passionate about your job ... that surely is a big bonus to us customers at this stressful times. BRAVO !
