She understands her clients' needs and knows her market as well as the important legal aspects of a transaction. She won't inflate the value of your house but will give you the real market value based on statistics of today's market. Your house will sell quicker and at a higher price since it will not be burned for having been listed too high. Bonnie also works for her client, not for her own pocket - this is rare in the world of today. Lastly, Bonnie collaborates with all brokers to sell your house in the best way. I would hire her again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonnie might be the only reason I survived my house buying process. Buying in this market is already intense. Things are moving crazy fast and often require immediate action, and despite the fact that it took quite some time for my wife and I to finally find the right property, Bonnie was always ready at a moment's notice to set up same-day appointments and make sure we had as much of an edge as possible. I'm convinced she's the only reason we succeeded.
Bonnie is also super helpful w/ respect to everything that happens after the offer. She has a great network of people to recommend (inspectors, engineers, etc) all of whom we liked, and she's on top of everything that needs to get done in terms of paperwork, deadlines, making sure the right questions are being asked.
This was my first time buying a house, so there was plenty of room for me to totally screw it up--I'm convinced it's only thanks to Bonnie, we pulled it off.

In the end, we looked at possible purchases and she found us a gem! We live in the US and bought a condo for our college student daughter and roommates. As an international first time buyer in Canada with different rules, Bonnie was able to navigate the entire process as painlessly as possible for me. From her recs of mortgage lender, to notary, to insurance plan - I just followed her lead! She didn't lead me astray one bit and here we are - new owners! She has shown she will continue to help me with creating lease agreements and whatever I need, including as a resource should my daughter have any issue, personal or otherwise, in Montreal.
