â â â â â Nous avons eu une expĂ©rience horrible en louant un condo avec Living Montreal. Le condo Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs sale et n'Ă©tait pas du tout Ă©quipĂ© (il n'y avait pas de draps pour les 2 lits, pas de serviettes et un seul chaudron pour cuisiner!). De plus, l'air climatisĂ© ne fonctionnait pas en pleine canicule. Nous avons dĂ» nous battre avec la propriĂ©taire et Living Montreal ne nous a pas du tout aidĂ©s. Ils ont mĂȘme ri de nous! Nous avons dĂ» appeler les policiers et la RĂ©gie du Logement pour avoir de l'aide. Pour finir, si vous ĂȘtes rĂ©sidents du QuĂ©bec et que vous voulez tout de mĂȘme louer avec Living Montreal, sachez qu'ils n'ont pas le droit de vous demander de faire un dĂ©pĂŽt et en plus de payer un mois Ă l'avance. Selon la RĂ©gie du Logement, c'est illĂ©gal au QuĂ©bec si ce condo louĂ© devient votre adresse permanente (ce qui Ă©tait le cas pour nous pour quelques mois)./ We had an horrible experience with Living Montreal. The condo was very dirty and not equipped (no sheets, no towels and only one pot for cooking). The air conditioner was broken during an heat wave. We had to fight with the owner and Living Montreal didn't help us at all. They were even disrespectful. Don't rent a condo from them./ Ajout: Lors de notre visite, l'appartement n'Ă©tait pas en ordre car il Ă©tait louĂ© par une famille (avec un bĂ©bĂ©). La propriĂ©taire nous a assurĂ© qu'elle le ferait nettoyer par une Ă©quipe de professionnels. De plus, le condo semblait Ă©quippĂ© puisque des gens l'habitaient. En rĂ©alitĂ©, la literie appartenait aux locataires, pas Ă la propriĂ©taire. Lorsque nous avons quittĂ© aprĂšs un mois (nous devions rester 3 mois), nous n'avons, en aucun cas, causĂ© de dommages Ă la propriĂ©taire ni au condo. En fait, Ă notre dĂ©part, le condo Ă©tait hyper propre. Rien Ă voir avec son Ă©tat Ă notre arrivĂ©e. Living Montreal manque grandement de professionnalisme. Et leur rĂ©ponse Ă mon commentaire ne fait que le dĂ©montrer.
We had a horrible experience renting a condo with Living Montreal. The condo was really dirty and was not equipped at all (there were no sheets for 2 beds, no towels and only one cauldron to cook!). In addition, the air conditioning did not work during a heat wave. We had to fight with the owner and Living Montreal did not help us at all. They even laughed at us! We had to call the police and the RĂ©gie du Logement for help. Finally, if you are a resident of Quebec and you still want to rent with Living Montreal, know that they do not have the right to ask you to make a deposit and in addition to pay a month in advance. According to the RĂ©gie du Logement, it is illegal in Quebec if this rented condo becomes your permanent address (which was the case for us for a few months). We had to fight with the owner and live in Montreal. They were even disrespectful. Add: During our visit, the apartment was not in order because it was rented by a family (with a baby). The owner assured us that she would have it cleaned by a team of professionals. In addition, the condo seemed equipped because people lived there. In reality, the bedding belonged to the tenants, not the owner. When we left after a month (we had to stay 3 months), we did not, in any case, cause any damage to the owner or the condo. In fact, when we left, the condo was super clean. Nothing to do with his condition on arrival. Living Montreal lacks professionalism. And their response to my comment only demonstrates it.
