★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope to give zero star but the is no zero to give, poor service and bad customer service they try to steal your money And scam you in the contract, there I much penalty if you cancel with them and there is lots of fee and extra charge if you if you paid late or you don't have money in your account. They charge you with no warning. Essor intact is the worst insurance company, I don't recommend it to anyone, please don't deal with them....

They will offer you a great price to start then rise you 70% within 3 years even if your situation hasn’t changed and you’ve made no indemnisation request. On the phone they’ll pretend like everything is normal but NOTHING else rises that fast, certainly not my salary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this company, i was getting different information from different agents, the fees were too high, and when i sold my car and had to cancel they took me for a joy ride passed on from one person to another, i was getting told someone would call me back and no one did, finally i called and insisted i cancel with a very expensive bill that i had to pay. I recommend stay away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelled my policy on a car that is scrap and they charged me one extra month. So basically was paying insurance on a car that didn't exist anymore. Absolutely crooks. And yes when I paid I was always paying for the month ahead. So when I paid at the beginning of October I was paying for all of October. So to charge me for November is just theft and they should be disgusted as a company. Called and basically gave me the run around transferring me 4 separate times. Avoid this company at all costs. They're crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never deal with this company, keep you waiting for 40 mins and then hang up on you, simply want to cancel policy of someone who died, very glad I do not have any policy with them, no excuse for wasting my time
1. Proof of death was forwarded to you
2. The apartment you were insuring does not even belong to the client any longer, it was Transferred back to the landlord as of May 1, 2022
3. in spite of this the rude agent insisted that the the policy would not be cancelled and premiums (pre approved Debit) would still be withdrawn from his account
And yet you reply to me boasting that Essor has 60 years of experience and while wasting my time waiting on a phone line you constantly repeat how Intact is the largest insurer in Quebec. Pretty sad
