★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 5 years being a loyal customer, I just had a very bad experience with RBC Assurance. I sold my home and RBC Assurance charged me a lot for cancelling the insurance. The cost of the insurance goes up to nearly $40 per day!!! The customer service recognizes the issue and did not want to do anything to correct that situation. If you are looking for an insurance, be careful.

Incredibly hard to reach a real person and closed on weekends! Are you serious!!! I’m switching to other insurance. I’m so disappointed...RBC insurance (Aviva) has to do better.
