They take the fear out of implementing IT services for smaller/growing companies like mine, helping us prepare for future growth but without upselling us on what we don’t need now. Their advice, input, and opinions are solid without an iota of sales-tactics. Their hardware components are solid and reliable (we’ve never had a problem with anything), and their system catches things before problem arise. Perhaps the most valuable point, especially with time being so valuable today, is the speed at which they move to address our concerns. I know they’ve got quite a few other (and way bigger than us) customers, but their service is so personalized and legitimately caring that, at times, I feel as if we're their only customer, or as if they work for us directly; quite often the owner/CEO contacting us personally to follow up on their service, oft-times even carrying out service himself. Truly astounding service!
