★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ne sont pas venus chercher le conteneur à la date demandée mais 3 semaines plus tard . Les matériaux ont donc pris l’eau ce qui a eu pour conséquence d’augmenter le poids et de doubler la facture. Ne prennent aucunement la responsabilité et répondent que ce n’est pas de leur faute puisqu’ils avaient trop de demandes en même temps.!?
 Very poor customer service. Did not come to pick up the container on the requested date but 3 weeks later. The materials therefore took on water, which resulted in increased weight and doubled the bill. Take no responsibility and reply that it is not their fault since they had too many requests at the same time.!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service! I'm fairly new at this whole container rental thing and these guys FAR exceed every other experience I had. Pamela goes out of her way to accommodate and help, plus she's super cool and funny too! They didn't have a container available for the specific date I needed so I tried calling around just for convenience and every other company I contacted has a bunch of "fine print" ways to screw you. This guys come straight! And that's most important. I would 100% recommend Pamcar for any container needs.
