★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company. They charged me a 150.00 cancellation fee for 10 days of insurance. They refused to even talk to me. They went through my broker who was useless as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible to give a zero I would have! I just spoke to Pamela who is supposed to be the manager and it's the complete worst customer service I've ever received in my life! Not helpful at all and does not even listen to the customer but instead talked over me and argued with me. I will advise anyone "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!" It is the absolute WORST! Save yourself the stress there are much better options out there. I am currently looking to getting out of giving my hard earned money to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad you can't give 0... Horrible. When my mom passed away I sent all the documents they requested including changes in banking information. They now claim that they never received this and have cancelled the home insurance. They claim having tried to get in touch with me but sent all communication to an empty house! They actually told me it was my responsibility to follow up. I can't imagine how they stay in business. Terrible service, terrible attitude...

They cancelled my policy without notice because of they tried to withdrew money from my account that had no funds because I have another one and they did not notify me of the cancellation in advance, nor the payments. If they would have contacted me, I would have paid the fees. Stay away from them. I got a better rate with another company anyways.
