★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO STARS!!!!!!!!!! After the agent left me and my daughter standing on a cold afternoon on the street, the receptionist played dumb and informed me he couldn't be reached! However, I have an idea why he did it, although I'm sure he'll deny it! BAD, BAD service! I've traveled the world over and this is by far the worst service ever!!!! Maybe if you're white , things will work out differently!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a trip booked for Montreal weeks ahead with purpose to look for an apartment. I use their website form to book all places I'd like to visit 2 weeks prior. No response after a week. I follow up with an email. No response. Finally, live chat, they tell me to email them a list of the places I'd like to see. I do. I get back an automated email from the broker saying that she will call me. No response. I email them again to get an update since I leave the following day for the trip... No response.
Do not deal with this company. Stay away. Use any other realtors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, I can't give a good review since I was very disappointed by one of their employee, Michael Atrill. I've planned 3 different visits on 3 different date and during two of them, I was left wasting my time in front of the building I was supposed to visit. In the end, he canceled all of them last minute or after the time of our meeting.
After spending 2 weeks trying to make the visit, leaving multiple messages on his phone(he replied to none of them), he sent me a message saying that he sold the unit LAST WEEK TO A COLLEAGUE! Why would any professional, plan meeting with a client, cancel every time last minute and waste his client's time when he was already filling the paperwork.
Looking at what happened to me and the other reviews, I think that if you're a owner, probably they give you a good service since you're paying but if you're looking to rent, you're probably going to have a bad time.
I recommend that if you have the choice to go somewhere else, do it. You risk wasting a lot of your time and energy instead of using it looking for a better opportunity.
P.S Small detail, I find weird that most of the positive review have no pictures and their only review is the one positive review for rental Montreal.
