★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been his patient for more than 20 years. I used to be very satisfied by his competence and willingness to help. This was long time ago. In the past years he has shown less and less interest in helping me. I do not know what happened to him. During these times of pandemic I see that some of his patients are having video appointments with Dr. Greenberg. I cannot say the same. I have been trying to talk to him for almost a year. Last Summer I walked in to have an appointment and Carolin , his secretary (she is a very nice person, by the way), told me that she will put me down for an appointment for later in September, but she is not sure that he will see me. I did not understand the message, because his waiting room was full. In the end, I did not see him. Now I have been having a lot of health issues and I need to have referrals from my family doctor. I wrote an e-mail, explaining my situation, I called and left messages, but the only thing I got was that Carolin was going to tell him to call me. I am still waiting. During these difficult times we are advised not to neglect our health. Well, I do not neglect my health, it is doctors who neglect us. Problem is that we do not have access to other family doctors and we have to wait, and wait for the ones we have to give us some attention, if it pleases them. I am disappointed and frustrated.
