★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great until I decided to switch to a midwife, then I got a very angry call from the receptionist asking very weird questions and it’s a shame because I had a good experience before this happened . Not professional to attack a pregnant woman on her choice of health care provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit here, the woman at reception was very friendly and polite. Dr Samuel was friendly as well, patient, prepared with my details, probed into my history, zeroed in on a few things right away. Such a positive experience. I'm very pleased after this visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time going there to see gyne for my daughter. Terrible experience starting from the receptionist, nurse and then gyne MD. Felt rushed, bothering them, felt like don’t waste my time asking questions. There’s only about 4-5 people in the waiting room and some of them are male and elderly so they’re not all there to see just the gyne. I work in the healthcare myself and I told my daughter on our way home, if the staff and MD is impersonal towards you or your parents while you’re still a minor then it’s time to move on and find another who will spend a bit more time to explain and listen to yours and our concerns. You want someone who will establish a good doctor patient relationship especially if it’s going to be long term. If they’re running the clinic from a business perspective it’s not a good sign. I called them back and closed the file.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had the worst experience with trying to book an appointment with my doctor who I have been followed by for the last 5 years. The receptionist wouldn't give me an appointment and told me to get a referral to be seen by my own doctor because I was last seen 3 years ago and apparently if you don't go every 2 years you are no longer a patient. I tried to explain I was told by my doctor she doesn't need to see me yearly every 2 years was her recommendation. Since we are in a pandemic I did not schedule a checkup last year as it was no urgent matter and the physicians are overwhelmed enough as it is, dealing with protocols that change on the daily due to the pandemic. Now that I actually have a medical concern and need to be seen I have to now look for a physician to give me a referral. Which should be easy right ? After all Quebec has the best medical system, world renowned even.
Finding a physician for a referral should be very quick and easy.
