Bo was so helpful and respectful of my daughter who was younger and bought me the hot tub I had always wanted. They are always very helpful at the store when we need supplies and give greta service and suggestions. Thank you.

Since then I have serviced my tub with the helpful knowledge and expertise of Stuart, he has provided with the necessary parts to do the work that was needed. His professionalism is very refreshing to see, where customer service is key to a successful business. I commend Dynasty spa for having a service technician like Stuart on there team and I would definetly buy my next hot tub from them.

I have bought a DYNASTY swim-spa about 4-5 years ago and feel like i got rake over the coals. in the first year, 3 LCD K-1000 replacement " they were working issues " They said. 2-3 years the 3rd LCD K-1000 started to do the same issue, water was getting underneath the glass. i've waited to see if it was getting worse and it did. When i walked into World of spa and showed them the issues they straight up told me they would take care of me but after dealing with Dynasty service department this was another story. Even after admitting there was still issues with the version of the K-1000 that i have, they are going to charge me to get the "Updated version" . We take care of this swim-spa, we always check the water PH, we do not use it in the winter, some speakers are totally perforated, covers leather shrink and rip. Not a very good experience for 40 000$

We shopped every dealer in town for the perfect tub and decided on the Tide model with the stereo and lights and waterfalls. Me and my wife love it and the kids love it even more. Thanks for the great deal guys. We appreciate it!!! We recommend you to all of our friends.

We purchased an older used spa, which has required quite a few replacement parts; the staff researched the parts we needed, supplied the part or ordered them in for us with very little wait time. We cannot wait to get in and enjoy our new hot tub, all thanks to World of Spas!! :)
