★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with knowledgeable staff. They carry a bunch of local and Canadian made products as well as some seasonings that are hard to find in Canada. Huge variety of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Pit Boss grill at the beginning of March with the promise of a cover coming 'within the week'. Up until this weekend, no cover. Here we are at the end of May, and I got a call to pick up my cover! So far my grill has been snowed on, rained on, and had the sun beat on it. Picked up the cover- was disappointed that it had the wrong brand- but was assured it would fit. At this point, I didn't even care- I just wanted to cover my grill. Got it home and it was the wrong model. So now back to square 1. I realize it's only a cover, and I realize that it's not the fault of the person on the other end of the phone... however, absolute worst follow through on customer service I have had in a long time! Consider your purchase carefully. A phone call would help... maybe they read Google reviews when they're not ordering bbq covers...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with customer service. Wanted a bbq that clearly stated in their website was in stock. When called about it here’s how the conversation went…I asked if they had stock and they said oh no the website is wrong that’s not right we are out of stock. So I asked what about Kelowna? Oh yes they have stock. Perfect can you order it in for me? No you have to order it online. The conversation was on a Saturday, so the very next day I ordered it online. It’s now Thursday and someone finally called and said we don’t have stock and it will be 2-3 weeks, so once again I asked about Kelowna and was assured yet again they have stock and they will look into it.
This is terrible customer service when you spend that kind of money for a bbq.
