★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service… we ordered a fridge with Cory back in December for delivery in February. No call, no reach out, day of set delivery nothing arrives. Trying to get a hold of him multiple times, receptionist sending me to his voicemail, weeks without a response. Called again to find out Cory is no longer even working there.. got transferred to someone else, only to be left hanging. It’s now April, with no fridge. We have been patiently waiting since December now, and it’s the only thing stopping us from moving in to your new home. Can’t even get a refund. Huge disappointment… PLEASE do not come here looking for good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the exact fridge we were looking for in the clearance section (it was just out of the box) Also found a chimney hood fan in this section for half the listed price. Struck up a deal with Jason who beat the prices we had seen elsewhere on the matching dishwasher and range. He helped us out with a small freezer for our son's new condo to boot. We were out when the delivery guys came, but had left the garage door open for them and they dropped the stuff, took a pic and texted us. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would recommend that do not buy any appliances form Coast because i moved in to my new house and have ordered a freeze and dishwasher in Oct 2021 and it still not arrived yet, it’s been 8 months and still they says few months more to get it. ridiculous people. we have a choice in the market like Home Depot, Lows etc who provide best customer service and provide on time. please please please do not choose.

My son and daughter in law built a new home in Calgary south and had to deal with Coast Appliances as their appliances vendor. They met with the vendor and ordered their appliances in spring 2021. They moved into their home in December 2021. To this day, they still have not received their ordered microwave/oven combo unit and have been told they may receive it in May 2022. My son has contacted Coast several times. Coast has ignored his emails, has recommended a cheaper combo unit without any price difference refund or (once again) told the delay is because of the pandemic. They still have a hole in their cabinets waiting for the combo unit.
Well, the pandemic has been here for 2 years now. I guess Coast Appliances hasn’t provided any appliances to their customers for over 2 years. Coast Appliances states “you are family and will be treated like family “. Maybe Gordon Howie should ask his grandson (from the radio ads) how he would feel if his “family” didn’t have a microwave or an oven for use since December 2021.
Shame on family!!

He managed to match a competitor price, found in stock the refrigerator I wanted and made the delivery happen. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to buy a new fridge and microwave so I checked out their website. Saw a french door style stainless steel fridge that fit our budget and looked great. Went in and was introduced to Cory Phillips. The fridge we wanted was out of stock with a long delivery. I never thought of the stock thing. Covid has really messed up deliveries for pretty much everything.
Anyway, we didn't want to wait until December so Cory went searching for a unicorn. Presto! He found one in stock in the Calgary warehouse. We bought it and a microwave. He had 1 left in stock. That was Saturday. Delivered them today. Looks, fits, and works awesome!
Cory really came through. Was great to work with and cares!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with David, he very quickly found a fridge that met my needs and budget. He was also able to match the price of a competitor without any hesitation. Probably what I appreciated the most is that, although not required, he put on a mask while working with me after seeing that I was wearing one. Taking that extra step to make me feel comfortable is very much appreciated.
This is the second major appliance that I’ve purchased from Coast in the last 18 months and both times I’ve had a positive experience.
