My wife convinced me to see Diane based on a friend's recommendation. Diane is very understanding and knowledgeable and was able to find me some heading aids that actually work for me - I can hear my wife and my 8 month-old twins' screaming is not too loud! I would recommend Diane to anyone. I've seen many audiologists in my life and she's by far the best!

My previous audiologist of many years had sold their practice to a large chain so I have had the experience of dealing with many providers. Dr Diane has far exceeded any previous experience. I found her by accident during a drive home from work and decided to drop in and "meet" as I was due for new aids. As with any new Dr, you need to know they have you as a priority not selling a device as I have been finding over the past few years. From the initial meeting she took a personal interest; provided me with a new audio test on site with the newest technology, provided me with demo aids to help me decide the best aid, custom ear molds for my health needs, outstanding follow up and emergency repair on site. She has been amazing from the word go. I can't say enough about how pleased and happy I am to have made the connection. I recommend to anyone without hesitation Fennell Audiology, Dr Diane and Wayne are amazing team. If you are have diminished hearing you need someone with empathy; this is the place for you.

Her service was very informative and caring. She took the time to hear what I needed. My experience working with Dr. Diane was the best experience I have ever had. I finally found a Dr. who understood what I was experiencing. Often the sound is too sharp, I like it rounder and since I am a power user the sound was always pounding into me so she softened that without sacrificing my need to have complete control of the volume . Dr. Diane was able to recommend and provide me with a new set of aides that fit my personal and work life. I can enjoy every part of my life now with these new aides. I would highly recommend Dr. Diane for all your hearing needs.

I am totally satisfied with what she has done in improving my hearing and being able to communicate with people in all types of environments. She is very thorough and her recommendations for the equipment she has prescribed for me was well worth the money. The staff at Fennell Audiology are very friendly and informative when I have attended my appointments. I have told several of my friends and family about the business. I have had a hearing disability for years and now I have my hearing back.

And I looked at my email history, and with one exception all my appointment took a very long time to arrange The service is excellent however rapid appointments is THE upmost critical thing in terms of qaulity of life. Will be heading to my old place for services (Very long drive but worth it). I really wished it worked out because I do like the place and it's located close to me. I've tried giving them a chance time and time again. But it never gotten better...I can't deal with waitlist like these. Especially for emergency work. Previous places I been with generally have 1 week waitlist and can arrange emergency work within days.

After he lost one of his hearing aids while working outside (we think it may have gotten chopped up in the lawn mower) she was able to help him with a replacement for that. So grateful! Our family is looking forward to having my Mom also visit Dr. Diane very soon. What? ;)
D	Dave T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Stewie from Family Guy once said...."I Don't Like Change!". Well...after Mr (Dr??) Bart Eagle retired...I was at a loss. Bart knew me and what I required when it came to my hearing aids. I received Barts Farewell card in the mail and stating that Dr Fennell would be taking over his clients. I was very nervous (well not that nervous) calling to a new person to handle my hearing aids. I required a receipt from a hearing aid purchase I had a few years ago...called Dr Fennells office, told them who I was and what I needed. He told me no problem...he has it covered and will track it down. 2 days later, there was an envelope in my door with the original reciept. Wow!!! door to door service!!! You never see that anymore. Sooooo...5 months down the road, my hearing aids were giving me grief, so i booked my appointment. When I got there, i was greeted and they took me in right away for my hearing test and with my visit with Dr Fennell. I showed her my hearing aids, one needed a new speaker, the other one needed slight tweaking. After everything was said and done, both hearing aids got new speakers. I was told that they needed to be replaced every 2ish years since oils and wax from ear will get into it an effect performance. Mr Bart never told me this....I was floored. So..in a nutshell, CHANGE IS GOOD! The entire staff 10/10!!! I look forward to my next visit in a few months time. I loved how professional they were and laughed at my cheesy joke! Cheers guys!!! You all rock at the Fennell Office!!!
