? Location = 4/5 I live in the North end, but their hours accommodate to later times and I was able to avoid rush hour with a 7pm Appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been an owner of hearing aids for the past 5 years, and I can’t underestimate my disappointment in Harp Hearing. I had an appointment so when I went in, I felt immediately uncomfortable. They were rude to me, they were disrespectful and every person I spoke to was unpleasant and talked down to me. They did not answer any of my questions or reassure me my hearing aids current state, I did not expect the level of discomfort I was in throughout the entire appointment. I am never going back to Harp Hearing they are terrible! It seemed as if they were favouring some patients over others. They also told me they could not fix my hearing aid that was still under warranty and turned me away with a broken hearing aid and no progress. Waste of my time. I don’t recommend for anyone. I was able to get my hearing aids fixed right away with no appointment at the other hearing clinic in crowfoot, The Hearing Clinic, service was much better. Harp Hearing is the worst hearing clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough about the level of service my mother received at Harp Hearing Care in Kingsland. I came to her appointments and received her calls as she could not hear well until she received her hearing aids. The audiologist, Katherine, is the type of person who makes you feel comfortable, answers all of your questions, and is extremely patient. The care doesn't end once you've received your haring aid, they have excellent follow up service as well. I feel that they truly care about their clients at this clinic, and cannot recommend it more.
