The staff and administration at this hearing clinic is amazing I wouldn’t look anywhere else. I went here about three years ago when I was diagnosed with a Cookie bite hearing loss ALYSSA was amazing and dealt with me with such patience and time with so many options and information what would be best for me and finally got me back to hearing again it was a life changer now Recently in beginning of January 2021 I had to get new hearing aids and met with LANG Do and she was amazing! . When she was busy with appointments she made it to fit me in and make sure I was dealt with. She gave me so many choices and free trials to experiment with made sure I didn’t leave the office till I was satisfied and hearing my best took the time with me to make sure I knew how the hearing aids and accessories worked just great people and service! If you recently have hearing loss or looking for a new clinic I suggest this one hands down!

Always a warm welcome from Lauri when I arrive and has the time to chat and find out more about you and not just all business. Lang is especially attentive when listening to my hearing concerns, whether they are related to my current hearing issues, my hearing aids or the smartphone app. She really does care about me and how having the correct hearing setup can have a positive impact my day to day quality of life. In today’s fast paced world it is refreshing to find people who actually care. Five stars all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve just purchased my second pair of hearing aids from this store. The first pair lasted nearly twelve years, thanks to the service I’ve had. All the staff on this team are always very helpful. If I ever had a concern they got me in that day or the next, always sensitive to my work schedule, always cheerful and very invested in addressing my concerns and my hearing experience. I shopped around this time, because the expense of hearing aides is very high and I settled on purchasing at this store again. I had a hearing test elsewhere and came back again. Lang is brilliant at doing the audiology test and has set my hearing aides perfectly. She is always welcoming, gracious and very knowledgeable. She is very invested in ensuring the hearing aides work for my lifestyle and in my professional environment. I highly value the personal and professional services from this store, thus the investment was well worth it. Hopefully I’ll get another decade of use from the product and enjoy the trust, personal service and relationship I have with the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended!! Wonderful staff. Lang Do is amazing and treated my 86 yr old mom with the utmost respect and genuine kindness. My mom has a severe speech impediment and Lang took the time to really listen to her. We never felt rushed at any of our appointments. Mom is thrilled with her new hearing aids - as am I. Thank you Lang!!
