★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a viewing scheduled for a house in bridlewood and at first he was very friendly and happy to schedule my booking. Until he found out I would be moving with my girlfriend and not a "boyfriend or husband" as he so ignorantly asked! He went from being very excited to our viewing to completely ignoring all of my emails/calls. Very unprofessional! I will be taking this higher, this kind of customer service is unacceptable! Thanks for the pure ignorance, I haven't experienced anything like this before!
And just to add, the house is still available for rent! Completely disgusting
