★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My provider, Carolina is very caring and knowledgeable. I am grateful that I have regular appointments to check my hearing. We go through the routine of cleaning my hearing aids, and she answers my questions enabling me to take care of my aids. She supports other aids that I use to support my hearing quality. She is very diligent in testing the quality of my hearing and advising me of any changes I may have to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff!!! I'm not sure how they scored poor before. The clinic was fantastic! They tested both of my kids ears. They were playful and kind with the girls so that the test was easy and tear free. They take your concerns seriously and were really quite informative. I was given helpful follow up information as well. (also $40 for a hearing test is a really good price)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had my hearing tested. I took the test shown the results and I need hearing aids as I suspected. I was shown the price list told 1 brand was the best and asked if I wanted to order them. I would pay when they came in. I really didn't know what to do. It is a big purchase and I had a lot of questions in my mind. I was told I would receive a call in a week. I paid for the test and went home. Not sure I'ld go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the Hearing Loss Clinic for a hearing test as I had hearing complications that I disregarded for many years. I generally wanted some clarification on how severe my hearing loss was, if any at all. I was greeted by friendly, professional and welcoming staff, along with a clean office. Lindsay was amazing to work with and helped me recognize where my hearing loss is. I will be returning to this location over any other clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a pleasant visit with my audiologist! Megan took the time to listen explain the answers to all of my questions and concerns. I felt at ease and did not feel rushed. Megan was kind and gentle. I would recommend anyone and everyone of all ages to this clinic to check their hearing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been to 3 different hearing clinics in Calgary and The Hearing Loss Clinic was, BY FAR, the best service and experience we've had, the most incredible, friendly and helpful staff we've met and the most thorough and professional hearing assessment, consultation and advice by the Audiologists, who are obviously very passionate about what they do. It was an easy choice to stay with them for the fitting of my new hearing aids and we are consistently amazed by the attention to detail, the amazing support they give and how they care about my entire family. Love my new hearing aids and wish I did this a long time ago!
I highly recommend The Hearing Loss Clinic!!!

The receptionist was really nice and friendly.
My hearing exam experience was great and they really explain it to you in a "down to earth" language.
All in all - this clinic is amazing.
