I went in to get paper for an art project and when I went to the cash the lady bent the paper, using it as a shield to whisper to her male coworker. I went home and asked my husband to exchange. Both were extremely rude to him. I will not return.
S	Stephen Napier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at both the Schomberg and Tottenham stores are super friendly and helpful. They had some great kids learning reading and math books. When the Schomberg store ran out, they helped me find some at the Tottenham location and the staff there was just as helpful. These stores have some really great stuff and well organized aisles. I feel like I'm in a 2.0 version of Dollarama. The Schomberg store is near work so I find myself there more often than not. I'm really pleased with the level of service this chain puts out. Well done.

I was wearing a mask but left it under my nose as I have a disability that effects my breathing that my doctor has advised NOT to wear a mask at all, I wear one anyway because I would still like to provide myself some safety. I keep it under my nose so that I can still breathe as if I put it to cover all my airways, I cannot breathe at all and have even fainted before. When I advised Jen of this, she said to me “I don’t care, So do I” she then refused to scan my items until I put my mask above my nose. I advised her that the refusal to provide me service due to my health condition is discrimination. Under the personal information protection and electronic documents act, I am not required to disclose my medical condition to you. Canadian human rights act prohibits discrimination and by you refusing me to come on your premises or products and services based on my disability and inability to wear a face mask then I will launch a human rights complaints against you or your organization. Shame on your staff for not knowing the laws in Ontario. Shame on you Jen for giving me no choice but to leave over my disability. You need to be more empathetic to people who have serious health issues, this pandemic is enough of stress for everyone. I will be reporting you and filing a human rights complaint against this store and yourself.

Do NOT spend your money on balloons here. They were down on the ground within a couple hours. They didn't make it up for the party. I love supporting community businesses but I will go out of my way to go elsewhere. Will NEVER shop here again. I really hope the rumors are true and Dollarrama opens here soon!
