I love how the owner Rachel has kids of her own and has tested a lot of the products with them so any questions I have to help my kids she is able to share her past experiences. The prices are always fair and its always great to support local businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to Health Foods store when I come to visit family from Toronto. Their range of food and supplements is large and very well curated, not to mention there's very knowledgeable staff to assist you.
Don't bother going to Wal Mart or Loblaws especially when you can find the same top brand products here but at competitive/better pricing!

Provides customers with a large variety of different brands and products ranging from supplements, grocery, and personal care. Lots of gift options as well! Happy a store like this exists in Tottenham. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel and her staff are amazing. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so passionate about what they do. They are willing to bring in products they don’t carry and prices are always competitive. The staff is continually educating themselves so are up to date on everything.
I usually do the shopping in our family but if I need items picked up for me, they are always willing to get everything together and ready to go for my husband.
Rachel has done a fantastic job with the store and her staff - so grateful to have them in Tottenham!!!
