I went online and read about IP Diet and I thought and wondered if this was for me, I needed help in not only what to eat, but the guidance to understand how to keep it off. So I called and spoke to Beena who happens to be the owner, we made an appointment and Beena went over her program and I was on my way to a whole new life. 14 months later and I'm at 265. I have a few more pounds to go, but I must tell you I've never felt better in a very long time. I now walk so much more, ride a bike, and I can cross my legs when sitting. Thank you Beena for helping in changing my life, your patience your guidance, and willingness to work and rework and listen to me ... Your not just a weight loss coach, but my life coach... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to see Beena for reflexology and have had amazing results. I would recommend anyone go to see her! She has helped me to add some beneficial herbs to my diet and I will be doing a full cleanse program in January 2019.

Set backs are not frowned upon, there is no judgement only encouragement. The program works, and Beena's nutritional education allows her to pay attention to your specific needs. If you choose to purchase products, the pre-made shakes are fantastic, convenient and a decent price. Good luck on your journey, you will be successful if Beena has anything to do with it!!!

Beena will keep you on the right path, holding you accountable which makes the diet so much easier to stick to. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. She is a diet coach, a confidant, an advisor, and now my friend. I think anyone would be lucky to have the chance to get to know her.

She has a positive energy that drives to want to achieve more. I’m thankful for her help, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to lose weight and be motivated to stay healthy.

I was able to finally hit below 200 lbs with her help...which I haven't been able to achieve over 10 years.
