★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Mr Surjit Mundi from a close reference, my experience with him has been terrible. He was unprofessional towards his work in reporting on tax filling for my parents. I had to followup countless time to see what he has been doing with my parents tax filling, he took the money and papers and confirmed that tax has been filed, but later I got to know that he has not filled the tax to CRA. And when I confronted him, His simple excuse was "forgot to do that". SERIOUSLY you are a tax accountant and you forgot to file your client's taxes??? Are you justifying your job? I don't find him knowledgeable as well from accounting background from my experience at least. I will never take his services or refer him to my clients for tax related cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruined all tax, I had worked nearly 10 thousand dollars on my t4 and I was hopping to get return back from 2 to 4 thousand but I only 83 dollars in return, that is ridiculous.
I am so disappointed by their services, I could have gone somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents have been going to Mr. Mundi for years and years and thought so highly of him. Fast forward to the present where I’m returning to him to help complete my Mother’s Estate taxes and I’ve had to call multiple times to try to get an update. I still don’t have an update. Calls go to voicemail with no return call or they’ll answer and say they’ll call back in the evening, and of course no call back received. I’m honestly fed up and do not recommend them to anyone for their services. Completely unprofessional.
