S	Sandi Nelles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best variety of eco friendly kitty litter around. Staff were fairly knowledgeable about safe chew toys for large dogs. No complaints. Lots of variety. I'm a convert from Walmart!
A	Amber Sprague on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a fan of the return policy and lack of help. Have been trying to figure out the exact size for an airline crate for one of my puppies. I frequent this location as I breed puppies and often purchase woodchips, collars, goats milk, and puppy formula from them. They have recieved a fair deal of business from me and was very surprised to have the below rejection occur. Needed an airline crate and was simply asking if I could return it if not the right size (within the same hour) and purchase next size up, but there is a strict no return policy... was also refused having the puppy try the crate to see if that might work. Very, very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Will also be sending a letter to management about the issue of them only taking orders via telephone as well as the crate issue....I came to the door, a lady opened it and told me I must call to place an order. So I asked her if she was going to run over to the phone and then run on back so we could continue our conversation both in person and on the phone.... that she did...as well as told me she was just doing her job. Very, very irritating and extremely disappointing. Take your business elsewhere...they will not recieve another dime from me, or any Pet Valu from me ever again.
A	Alyssa Zill-Taft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. The dog wash is amazing for our husky, saves me making a mess out if my bathroom. They also keep a bag of our dog's food in stock for us after they noticed that they didn't have what we were looking for the first time.

Arrived at 4:48 and wanted to buy my two bags and they told me they are closed at 5 then quickly closed the door. Poor service, I’ll never be back it would have taken 2 minutes and still been under your advertised closing time.
C	Christina Bradford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a good experience once at this location, but because this is the only Pet Valu near me, it’s really my only option unless I want to drive out of the way by 20 mins to Alliston and another 20 mins back but after my experience today, I will be doing that from now on. When I arrived 10 minutes BEFORE their advertised closing time the door was locked, I knocked and a staff member cracked the door open after attempting to ignore me for several minutes talking to one other staff member. I explained I just needed a bag of my usual dog food and I could even pay cash if that was easier for them as I knew they were closing very soon. She was EXTREMELY rude closing the door in my face multiple times as I tried to speak and this is with me being a usual customer. I’m there at least 3-4 times a month. If they had closed the tills early she could have just said so respectfully. Will now gladly drive 40 minutes out of my way to never go back.
