★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude, not very helpul at all. No customer service. They'll mock you right in front of you. They think they are the best thing because they work at dollars. There products don't really work for what you pay. Some things are ok tho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who can beat Dollaramas pricing? Nicely organized and not really cheap junk like some of the older dollar stores. If you search, there's quite a bit of Made in Canada product on the shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store itself is fine; the same as any other Dollarama. Helpful and friendly staff. But the plaza that this store is situated in is absolutely shameful. The plaza is literally falling apart. Bricks crumbling, overflowing garbage (plaza, not inside stores), mostly empty units. How the Town of Caledon hasn't stepped in to enforce standards is beyond me, but I guess that rant belongs elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had what I need as most Dollaramas do, however, this entire plaza needs to be repaired. Parts of the brick wall was destroyed and it looked very damaged. The employees and customers deserve to work somewhere that is safe. This did not look safe. Honestly, I don’t even understand how Dollarama continues to rent in such a disgusting plaza that is covered with garbage and rats. I will not shop here again because I feel that the plaza is unsanitary and dangerous. The landlord of this plaza needs to repair the site. Shame on the stores who continue to rent from this landlord.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of items. Particularly like going here because it is close and convenient and there is s wide variety of craft and decorating at reasonable prices. They also have a good cleaning stuff and garden items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy store to find everything you need. Not too busy. I went on a Thursday morning so there were no lines. There's another Dollarama just across the street, so I'm sure this location doesn't get too too busy
