Great new store in a convenient location.

Love the store had to give 5 stars for that ! But since I can’t review twice I would give 1 star to manager named: B. Loved the store since they opened. Really dislike the way this manager interacts with people. Rude

The selection is great, store is clean and organized but what stands out the most is the staff - they're absolutely helpful and pleasant! It all makes for a great experience that you wouldn't expect from a discount store.

Great staff! And management, very clean store and the staff seems to be very knowledgeable. Some customers are very ignorant seeing at the last comment about forgetting a bag... that’s the customers fault as they have a belt where they put all bags. Cashiers can only do so much. Great job and happy how managing the staff is

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I went into the store on December 11th at 4 30 pm which is prime time in holiday season. The store was dirty and only one cashier for a huge line up. When I asked her to see if she could call for back up she said she couldn’t as there was only one other person working. I accepted that until 30 minutes later when I got to the front of the line and she called Sandra to cash. I ask her why she called now as she told me when I was 10 people back she couldn’t. Anyways. Sandra came to the front and was so rude to me and said if you want things on the shelf you have to wait in line. I said hey without customers paying you wouldn’t have to stock up. She yelled and said are you giving me a hard time. All dollar stores are like this. I said no that this is not your fault but management should put mor staff on. I was upset that when I first asked the other cashier she told me she had no one to call and then waited until I was in the front and then called someone. This Sandra staff was so rude and yelled as soon as she came to the front. I was shocked and believe me. Never will I set foot in that store again. I went to the dollarama in the next plaza and there were 3 staff at cash.

I find the Dollartree in Bolton to be amazing. The staff is fantastic. Always going that extra mile to help others. I mostly go in the mornings and deal with a lady named Laura. She is so pleasant and helpful. The management is always happy and helpful bringing an amazing aura to the store. Its always bright and organized . I have never had a problem with any of the staff. They are a great family oriented store. In reading the reviews i see there are some amazing ones and then some very inaccurate ones. Dollartree has nothing over 1.25 i have asked if they have $4 products and they dont. As for the bad review I just so happen to have been two people behind this impatient woman. I know i wasnt waiting longer than 15 mins maximum because people had large amounts of items. The cashier was doing her best and when she realized she needed help she made the call. The other said cashier immediately came. This woman purposely set out to cause a rucus clearly for recognition. I was 1 out of 5 customers that dealt with said cashier in her review and all of us told her she handled the situation well. People need to exercise patients and understand that maybe they are doing their best . Dont make stuff up because it isnt nice or fair. The store was in disarray , however this isnt how it is daily. It is Holiday season and maybe they were short staffed. Other patrons could have respect and not mess it up to begin with! None-the-less, reviews are opinions and in my opinion I feel this woman was looking for trouble. The cashiers did an amazing job keeping the lines moving. Keep up the amazing job Dollartree. Well stocked location. Great findings of items that are unavailable in other locations.

A nicer and cleaner Dollarama with more stuff that is needed in someones everyday life. There is also less people here and they meet the safety protocols during this pandemic. The prices are also very good and the name stands for it.
