G	Grace Conte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, chicken taste like rubber and overpriced. Oops did I say overpriced? Yes. Well everything is overpriced. The meat is always relabled and marked down. Yuck.. Some are friendly but the majority are rude, and think they are the best thing that's ever happened. It feels like they are better than anyone else. Like I said there's a few that are very nice but some are very arrogant. They should relax they are not working for the government. I would have given them 0 stars but it wouldn't let me. Fortinos has much better quality than zehrs. But garden food has way better produce and meat dairy products.

There is alot of parking, and friendly staff to help you navigate the isles. This place does NOT lure you, like other big box stores.
J	Jenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and organized store. I would not sell the day old items they were trying to sell at half price, those needed to go in the garbage. Advertised items were not in stock. Overall though, very clean and organized. Pricey for my budget, but if you are looking for a nice shopping experience with lots of selection this is the store for you.
C	Clinton Rigby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience of my life. Been shopping there for 20 years and will never return. Came in after work to buy a few items including beer. Cashier had her counter overly saturated with spray to the point I could not put my items down. She asked for my ID, I'm over 40, and had another employee verify it. Then told me l had to wait. Thinking that I was waiting for someone that was able to sell me the beer the storage manager appeared after about 5 minutes. "Did you need me" he asks her. Not so sure she shrugs her shoulders. "Well do you need me", he asks again. She then signals him over and whispers in his ear. The manager then tells me she is not comfortable selling me the beer. I asked for an explanation and she told me it is something about my character and could not elaborate. I asked for her name so l could file a complaint with Smart Serve and Zehrs but it was not provided to me. This is what I feel to be a first class example of discrimination. Cashier was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. She should have been able to deny me service and not hold up the line without seeking her manager. She should not be licensed by smart serve. Zehrs used to be a nice and busy grocery store 10 years ago. No so much anymore. It just keeps getting worse. Poor management and incompetent employees can be blamed for that. Can't wait until it goes out of business. It will.
