HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - The staff is always amazing, efficient with a smile on their faces. Dr. Vincent is absolutely amazing with his staff, joking and teaching. Dr. Vincent takes his time when visiting to make sure everything mentioned is understood. I would recommend this place to all!

Dr. Vincent is always so helpful every time I have gone in. Truly my new favourite doctor. His younger secretaries are always great as well. A lot better than many other locations I have been too.

Worst walk in clinic experience I have ever had. Firstly, I had to ask and convince Dr Vincent to give me a referral to get blood work done, I had to ask multiple times, he said that he doesn't 'see' a reason to give me a referral, because apparently all problems can be visible to eye. After he finally agreed to give me a referral. I got a phone call about my results on a Friday afternoon around 5:50 pm, I missed the call and when I tried to call back in 2 mins the office was closed. I spent all of Friday evening worrying and there was nothing I could do about it. I had to wait till Saturday morning when they opened up again, but then the secretary said I would have to wait until Tuesday, when doctor Vincent was back, even though the walk in was open on the Saturday and there was another doctor there that could have treated me. Since I had to be treated for something, it would have been better to have gotten the treatment sooner instead of having to wait for the doctor to come back on Tuesday so he can get the business. So I had to worry from Friday evening until Tuesday about my results, what that does to a person's mental health is detrimental. If I could give a negative rating I would.

I had an extremely concerning experience at this clinic. Dr Vincent saw my 2 year old son TWICE for a suspected broken wrist, ordered an xray, and then waited 4 days to relay the results to us (it was confirmed broken), when in fact the clinic received the results in less than 12 hours. When he did call, he said he could have done it sooner, but didn't feel it was an emergency. What an unethical approach to patient care and causing undue suffering, especially on a young child. Joyce, the clinic manager, felt this was appropriate, and causally said the staff only pass results to the Doctor on select days of the week, not based on priority or when they are received. The clinic also lied to my family about when they received the results, and tried to blame the xray clinic on the fabricated delay. The xray clinic even went out of their way to flag the results as "emergency", as there was a brake, and the patient was young. When my son finally did see a doctor at the emergency department, there was shock expressed that a doctor who saw him twice could have simply brushed his confirmed broken wrist aside. Perhaps Dr Vincent and the clinic are suitable for routine visits, but my experience with them tells me the clinic is run unprofessionally and the Doctor does not have the patient's best interest in mind. If the clinic is unable to provide the level of care a patient needs, they should tell them so. Instead, the strung us along with 2 appointments, and then took their time passing on the most crucial information, which was the results. Joyce also mis-interpreted "concerned" parent behavior at the delay as "rude", and instead of owning up to the clinic's shortcomings and the unnecessary suffering it caused to my son for sitting with a broken wrist for 4 days, suggested we visit another clinic in the future. 100% we will. This clinic is not serving the community of Bolton like the other, more established, clinics. I should add Dr Vincent was the family physician. Like other reviewers have said, he can take patients in, but can't provide an appropriate level of care afterwards.

I had a walk in appointment with Dr Vincent and I am extremely satisfied by his expert advice.Both the receptionists were very welcoming.They accommodated me in their busy schedule with no delay. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

My 2 year old has had a cough since September and every few weeks we have gone to his pediatrician to have him checked. Its a dry cough, no other symptoms and not Covid as we did a rapid test on him. We called on December 21st to see whether or not we could have a physician look at him as his cough had started to sound a little worse. His pediatrician is off until the new year, and this Medical Center was our last resort as everywhere else was fully booked. Needless to say I got placed on hold for half an hour, and then after indicating that this is for a two-year-old, I was told that a PCR test needed to be conducted. Had I done that it would have taken two days to receive the results and he could have gotten worse. This is the only clinic asking for a PCR test in order to even book an appointment and while I can appreciate their position, shouldn't they also be concerned about the health of the patient. .... just disgusting that they would turn away a 2 year old that tested negative because they don't trust rapid test results.... but schools are handing them out now?

I personally have also had a good experience with this location. Friendly staff, friendly doctors, always good medical attention. I come from long distances and often risk being late which they will request to move appointments around if that happens, totally understandable as they are very quick at this location, but a little annoying when littles don't want to be pack into the car on time. I also always book appointments ahead of time- most walk in appointments have always been available within a good amount of time.
