M	Mark Newman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Pharmacy ever, until they have these two Pharmacy assistants Alesia and Janine working at this place it will be a disaster. These two ladies definitely should be coached on how to treat people. Never taking any chance to fill my prescription at this store. I wish there is negative rating i could give to this place. They don't even deserve 1 star.
D	Dmitri Kouznetsov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in severe pain after an oral surgery yesterday and needed to get prescription painkillers fast. Since I already had to deal with this pharmacy in the past and was aware that the service there is ridiculously slow, I had my wife call the store to ask them to prepare the order to avoid having me wait in line in my condition. They said to come in 20 minutes, yet when we got there in 30, we were told they are not ready and were asked to wait another 20 minutes. And so I ended up pacing the isles trying my best not to vomit from the pain, while they took their sweet time counting 16 tablets. This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Not in terms of stock (they usually have what you need), but their unprofessional and inconsiderate staff.

There seems to be a decrease in service since what appears to be new management that took over. Extremely long wait times, false promises, poor management, poor customer service and satisfaction. Do yourself the favour and support another pharmacy that actually wants your prescription. On numerous occasions there has always been an issue with this pharmacy not only for myself but for all my family/friends. Uncalled for! Keep up the great work.

He was very kind to me. Thank you for your efforts to help and inform me about my prescription, especially during a pandemic. It is good to know we have good people out there still, even during stressful times.
E	Evan S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service at the pharmacy had similar experience to others being called in or even had automated texts sent only to get there and find nothing is ready last time the one tech told me to come back in 10 minutes only to return and have him tell me he had yet to start it and for some reason was smiling as though he found it amusing. I just returned from the store tonight and instead of being to pick up medication 5 minutes before the store closed I arrived to find out they had locked the doors early and employees wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence all though seeing me outside just another example of the very poor service at this location. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews normally but this place drove me to it.

Some lady called to say my husbands prescription was ready but when he went there to pick up nothing was ready and the pharmacist said there was a mistake in the prescription. Really???? Shouldnt that be discussed before you call the customer or call the doctor to clarify if they can’t read the prescription? I have to say very poor problem solving skills.

My significant other was trying to access her prescribed medication of over a decade and the "pharmacist" whose name I believe was Hiren or something to that effect, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. He refused to prescribe the medication and eventually asked a female pharmacist to provide the medication. This behaviour is abhorrent and we hope the Shoppers GM disciplins this man immediately!
