★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share a little bit about my curbside pickup experience. I work in a big Box store and I know how difficult it is to coordinate and process curbside pickups at this time. I placed an order very very late last night and was sent an email at 10:30 this morning that my order was ready. I arrived at spot number 2 and called the number and was told it would be a few minutes, it was literally 30 seconds before my order was at my car. Great job staples in providing me with super fast and effective service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location to use its courier services. Thought the service was slow. There weren’t a lot of people but had to wait in line for a while. Let that the cashiers were pulled in many directions with the variety of services that they offered - cashing, assisting with print services, trying to help with quick machine fixes etc., and noticed all this while waiting for a few minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had brought a package in well over a month ago to be returned at the bolton location. As they are the only spot that deals with DHL. After some time has past I contacted DHL to get updates on my package. They informed me that it hasn't been picked up. After that I went to staples to see what was going on and lone behold the package was sitting right there. They had told me they've been trying to get ahold of me to add a bar code but because my number wasn't on the package they couldn't. As soon as I see the box I see my number RIGHT ON THE FRONT and yet they have "tried everything" to contact me. Now because of their lack of brain cells I'm past the return date and stuck with a 300$ part I don't need. All I got from the manager was "if it was my 300$ part I would be checking every day"...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know how this staples is still in business. I’ve gone in a handful of times and usually witness more staff than customers and they still ignore you. I’ve never seen this location busy to be honest and their hours aren’t great. Twice I have walked out without purchasing because they let a line up form when it isn’t even busy. They see you but continue stocking or cleaning instead of calling a cashier or coming over. They unfortunately act as if it isn’t their concern that customers need help or need to pay. It astonishes me how much staff there is but the lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited outside with two other customers in the rain until 9:10 to be let in..... when we were, we asked what time it was..... some girl started freaking out at us about her personal issues and that’s why we had to wait. What does her mom or her personal issues for that matter have to do with showing up late and making customers wait? Incredibly unprofessional..... and very rude. I don’t recommend going to this staples .... we had a gross interaction with the girl who unlocked the door then Was rude to customers about her personal issues no one had anything to do with except her . It’s not our fault your late or have issues! Show up on time or work somewhere else its not ok to be rude in customer service. Period. Especially when you’re the one opening the store late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people that work here will look you dead in the face while you stand and wait to be helped and not flinch. Two days this week I came to pick up an online order and stood at their desk staring at them for like 5 mins walk around and do what looked like absolutely nothing. They had to be told by the supervisor “can one of you please to go help the customer waiting”. The guy walked over at the slowest pace I’ve ever seen and wasn’t able to find my order. Another worker walked over and handed me my stuff while he went off and did what I’m assuming is absolutely nothing again
