★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought kitchen sponge from this shop but they are leaving colour on hands, dishes and in the sink. When I call the owner about bad quality stuff he is selling he replied in a very rude way. Will never go to this shop,bad quality and bad customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst owner, The owner is very rude and unprofessional..DO NOT EVER GO THERE. There are so many other Dollar stores nearby with professional staff. He charged $2.50 helium only for one balloon and not for particular one ballon every ballon has a different price for helium. Worst experience ever in Canada. Item he is charging for $15 we get the same thing in $3 from any other dollar store. No respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some Old Indian Punjabi man was at the front, I tried to say excuse me to ask a question, he rudely cuts me off to ask a man passing behind me how he and his baby are doing. I let him finish and finally I said excuse me and inquired the location of a product. He doesn’t even LOOK at me and mumbles in the OPPOSITE direction ‘I don’t know’. I asked him if there is at least a section he can recommend where I might look for it myself. Finally turns around and goes ‘we don’t have it’, very rudely.
Overall rude, unprofessional, and bad attitude. First time I stepped in that store, and quite certainly the last. Just horrible, do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience, I been going here and giving this store business for years. I had keys made by the owner and was told to come back if they didn’t work.. next day I get time he starts telling me he doesn’t like complaining in the morning and not to return to his store. I’m really shocked because my whole family goes here and we never had a issue. Maybe a bad day? But that doesn’t give the right to speak to a customer like that. I’m really disappointed in this type of behaviour I will not come back and recommend everyone that came here not to either.
