★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this Sweets shop on Saturday before Diwali, there were multiple lines going every which way, no signs were present to tell us where to line up, despite customers asking for this organisational signs. As a result people were cutting ahead of those who had been in line.
Nevertheless, the staff were patient and friendly, the sweets were affordable and fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is not tasty. Dal makhni has no butter, tawa roti and paratha are too thick and have no taste. I tried puri channa and the channa was half cooked. Everything is extremely oily. The sweets are also not of good quality.
Niether do they have Dine In option nor do they deliver. It's just take out.
Moreover the COST is quite high.

The girl at front is so rude. She should learn some customer service skills so that she can welcome customers in a nice way.
Sold spoiled Badana, I trusted and didnt check the taste before I buy. Was expecting some nice reason for not refunding or exchange with other product. But girls was rude, told me its #garbage. So I left it there, the place it has to go.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and the food is always fresh! High quality Indian food to the say the least. We have catered from them quite a few times and we’ve always had a good experience. Chicken biryani, butter chicken and goat meat are a few of my fav items!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service. They never pick up calls even when they are standing beside the phone, I literally saw it with my eyes. I have seen restaurants with less staff but better customer service than them. I hope they do something about it or they would end up losing many more customers like me who want to order but cant due to the irresponsible behaviour of staff.
