She went in on her day off at 7:30am of Easter weekend to make sure my order was perfect. Tanya is very personable and knowledgeable and helped me make the perfect arrangement of balloons for my special occasion. Canadian Tire in Alliston is very lucky to have her there ??

I went to ask a older lady, didn’t catch her name on the computer in the hunting section and after asking her if she knew where they were located she rudely said to me “so what do you want” and then I then asked her again and she said continued to say “I have no idea how to help you, can’t see you see all the hunting stuff is behind me why can’t you go look for yourself”. I just simply walked away. She took advantage cause I looked young but no matter my age you shouldn’t treat people rudely. I would of told someone about the situation but I just simply left.

I have lived in Alliston for 17 years and have recently seen a HUGE change in the store and auto shop. I was recently looking for an item and the store manager (can't recall his name) walked me right to it and helped me out. He even asked me if there was anything else I needed. Also, HUGE improvement at the auto service. Service Manager Richard helped me out and answered all my questions politely (I have also talked to I think Jimmy in the past who was very helpful and nice). No push sales tactics here. Just honest and straight to the point with a fair price for the service. The mechanic (Tom?) also took the time to explain the repair. At the end, it was about 30% less than another repair quote at another nearby shop. I can clearly see that they actually care about customer service now. Thank you!
J	Jennifer Butler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not waste your time ordering online. I placed an online order at 5pm for 1 small item and received the ready for pick up email at 10am the next day. You CANNOT pick up an online order before getting that email because you need a code from it. I order online and pick up in store or curbside from a number of different stores and it is always ready within an hour or two. 17 hours to prepare a single pre paid item for pick up is an absolute joke. Home Depot had my online order ready in 15 minutes and that was for multiple items.

Tanya the Canadian Tire associate that manages this service created a beautiful bouquet for my wife’s birthday party. It looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. N	Nicole Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanya in Party City section Canadian Tire I went to Canadian Tire today to see if they could fill the ballon's I needed for my kids birthday party the next day and, it was a task that slipped my mind. I was in a jam and Tanya was working and made the balloon bouquets amazing! She made them right up for me and even stayed a few minutes late to finish them off and helped me to my car. Tanya went above and beyond today, she's a company asset and has amazing customer service skills. Thank you Tanya for helping out a momma and making her kids birthday party even more special.
