D	Dan Horvath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wrangler was towed from the side of the 401 on Monday April 20th. As my sunroof was off I was told that it would be needed to stored inside for one night. The next day I put the sunroof panels back on my jeep and was told I would only be charged for the one day premium for having my vehicle stored inside the first night. Upon picking my jeep up a week later. On my receipt I was charged for 2 days of indoor storage, and 6 days outdoor. Furthermore, I was charged an "after hours" fee for picking my vehicle up, even though the website clearly states the 24 hour operations. When I actually got behind the wheel of my car, half of my gas was gone, my heat was cranked max, my radio station was changed, and my vehicle smelled of cigarettes to the point I was nauseous. When I asked about all of this I was told, that my other option was coming back to pick up the vehicle the next day and be charged for another day of storage. I highly recommend recording your odometer if you see this guy coming to hookup to your car. 1 star

I was a bit wary from hearing of towing scams etc... but they were incredibly helpful, courteous and were genuinely looking out for my best interest, even when dealing with insurance when my car was a write-off.

I recently got in my first accident, and without Dana's help, I don't know where my boyfriend and I would be. He made sure we were okay right after it happened, explained every step at the accident scene (including taking pictures for us), and even drove us home! When my insurance company was giving me the run around, Dana gave us solid advice and was always ready and willing to help. He even removed my belongings from my car for me when I had no one else to ask, because I was out of town and the insurance company wanted the car taken to the salvage yard. His wife works for the company as well and is just as wonderful. This is truly a family-owned business that cares about the people it serves. Thank you Dana!

They are usually in a panic, don’t know what the next steps are and feel slightly skeptical about the whole process. I was thoroughly impressed by Dana (sorry if the name is spelt wrong), he was incredibly professional. The older women he brought in was scared and wanted the process to be as easy as can be. He explained everything, even knew our policies, and stayed with her throughout the whole rental. Showed her features of the new car, explained his next steps with her old car, heck I even felt more at ease and I knew what was going on. 5 stars. Keep him around!

DB was the quickest to reply (at close to midnight, no less), asking if the vehicle was lowered or stock height, and if it had any modifications. We gave them the appropriate information, and they asked if we could provide a photo of the vehicle because they didn't want to give us an inaccurate quote. They also wanted to see the bumpers to determine how close they were to the ground (to avoid any damages). This attention to detail is what set DB apart from other companies we contacted, who gave us a quote based on a straight hook (and didn't ask any further questions concerning the vehicle). If we had gone with these other companies and it turned out that we needed a tow dolly or a flatbed at the last minute, their original quote would have been changed and would have become more expensive. Very much appreciate DB for asking the right questions to insure a smooth transaction with no surprises. We scheduled the tow, which was a straight hook, and everything went well. They had owned similar era Hondas previously and gave us a few tips on what to look out for concerning repairs and common problems. Excellent service and competitive pricing, very much recommend!
