From the booking to install today it was very easy and price was very good, dealt with Shannon and she was so friendly and helpful! They had my hitch installed in an hour! And very good work,will be recommending them for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I posted a negative review. But I had reason to do so. They didn't fully explain why I had to make a long drive to get my box measured for the cap I was ordering. The way it was explained to me gave me the impression that they would be coming out of the shop with a tape measure. It was explained to me afterwards that there are liabilities, I get that. When it was figured out that I wrote a negative review, I was faced with a very defensive rep. After their explanation, I decided to change my review which I did. I inspected my truck box after the installation when I got home. I was disappointed by them not cleaning up the drilling metal. There was a lot of shrapnel leftover. A simple shop vac could've taken care of it. The overall product did look good, I will say that. The cap looks sharp. But I won't be back to give them any more of my business. They came across as #1. I didn't feel it though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the Kitchener store on Saturday to buy a tunnel cover for my truck, the customer service was very unfriendly. Had to make arrangements to install it. I left my truck all day was told it would be done by 4 pm, I then went to pick up my truck and it wasn’t even installed yet. Customer service rep was very rude again. Would never buy anything from this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a remote car starter installed in my daughters Prius. Very friendly to deal with from the initial call to the completion of the work. Work was done in a professional timely fashion. Went above and beyond concealing a dash cam wire for us. The car starter works great. Would highly recommend having work done here.

He took care to make sure the integrity of the vehicle's appearance and structure was 100% He recommended changes that both saved me money and improved on what I had planned.
