J	J Seargeant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child was swabbed for Flu, Strep, and Pertussis 8 days ago (a Sunday) - the staff was super nice. I only have great things to say about how we were treated that day. I phoned them on Thursday for results, thinking Influenza would be positive, as that morning, her school sent a note stating that Influenza A was confirmed in her classroom. ...but no, they told me over the phone that all her tests came back negative. I was really surprised and asked them to double-check. They reconfirmed that her results were all negative. Today, I go see my family doctor for a prescheduled appointment (at another clinic). She commented on my daughter's positive test result for Influenza A. I'm surprised again. She double checks in front of me - yep, my child did in fact have the "Influenza A" virus last week, and Public Health had been notified, which prompted the note to the school. Ive lost confidence in Crescent View. I may return in a pinch, when my regular clinic is closed, but I'll be double-checking results with my family doctor in the future.

But I was going for something very personal and the lady I saw didn't greet me back when I greeted her, she didn't close the door and she was completely RUDE about the papers my dr sent with me because SHE MISUNDERSTOOD what I was there for. I get people have bad days but you're there to make people feel welcome. Will never go back.
A	Aleah Berylaine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time with Dr. Kahlon for my bf. He was exceptional!!! He took his time, he was more thorough than any doctor I've been to in years. We were blown away with the service like hands down just a phenomenal doctor. 100/10 would go to. He takes things very seriously in the kindest way. Wonderful doctor. I went again recently for myself and saw a different doctor but again was blown away with the people and doctors there.

The older lady with glasses working at reception this morning was, without a doubt, the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever encountered working at a medical clinic in my life! In fact, she was so miserable, I reported her to management as well! I hope the doctors and management read this post and take the opportunity to make adjustments to the attitude of their receptionist! I am still in shock that a person with such a terrible attitude could be employed at a medical clinic! Obviously she doesn’t like her job. Maybe management could relieve her of her duties.

I called and within 10 minutes the Dr. Called me back and chatted about an issue I didn’t think was related to my COVID. I was able to send a sample in to their office without myself going. I was called back immediately and the Dr. Chatted with me and spent the time to keep in touch if I get worse. Was never rushed. Great Clinic . Thank you!
