★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen Dr. Nabeel Alkhalil twice as my family doctor since moving from Toronto. He is very dimissive of symptoms, ignores my previous diagnosis, will not refer me to a rheumatologist here and simply made me feel unsupported and uncared for. I will no longer be seeing him, neither will my children or husband. The worst experience I've had with a family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star to Dr. Osama Hasan. Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to hear the patients words. Fixated on pushing away minimum responsibility of taking any concern of a patient. I visited this clinic as I was unable to walk with re-occurring work place injury, his only response was 'I can give you a letter for three days off from work', kindly go to your specialist or any other physician to sort out your problem. Never get consultation from this doctor alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very profit oriented. I took my daughter who is two here and the doctor just took a look at her throat checked her temperature and prescribed her antibiotics said it was an infection without even doing a swab or urine sample. I ended up giving her the antibiotics because I was a worried mother. As I assumed the antibiotics didn’t work at all and it was a regular virus her body needed to fight and took over a week. I’m extremely disappointed would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. The mannerism of the doctor here is absolutely disgusting and inappropriate. He talks down to you and don't look to get a referral here even if you don't have a family doctor due to a shortage in the area. So rude. I've never been so displeased with a doctor or clinic. I was almost in tears. The doctor doesn't even listen or let you talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Clinic, very clean, front staff are excellent, and very accomodating. Love the front office girls! It's the only reason I give this place 2 stars, otherwise it would be none. I love the girls at the front, they actually lift my moods when I go in.
My experience with any doctor in this clinic has been atrocious though, don't waste your time.
If your in need to see someone contact Michael Kam at the Onyx Urgent Care Clinic. I believe he's the only doc that works there, works around the clock on his own and actually listens and cares.
If you go anywhere past the front desk in this office, walk back...You would be doing yourself a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good and helpful but worst experience with receptionists. They are so rude and not ready to assist. I visited clinic and i was told prescriptions will be sent to nearest phramacy & i did not receive any call. I called them second day and receptionist tells me go to pharmacy and try again and i said i need prescription so that it can be covered by my medical insurance. Third day they tell me to come back to clinic again for prescription. I am working and cannot run to clinic everyday. You are sitting here to assist people but they were so rude. Worst experience.
I must say clinician manager was a very friendly and she helped us. Thanks to her for assistance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profit driven and extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend to anyone looking for quality long-term care.
I don't normally leave reviews, but I found my experience so distasteful I feel obliged to leave a note. After discussing a minor issue for two minutes, I brought up my main issue with the doctor. This issue was urgent and time sensitive. The doctor informed me that I could only discuss one item per visit. I kindly agreed to return to the reception desk and get in line for another appointment. At the reception desk I was informed that I couldn't book a second appointment for the same day because they are unable to bill for the same patient visiting twice in the same day. They denied me service and told me to come back later in the week for my urgent medical needs.
