A	Amal Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only visit if you are out of all options such as appointment from Family Doctor is a week away or if you don't have a fam. Dr. Worst clinic and doctors. Not to mention the staff. Jail mates are better than this.

Health card extensions were set in place till the 30th of September but they dont choose to abide by that and want to charge you $50 for a health card that just expired. When you ask them why they do this they say that its not their problem and give you a tremendous amount of attitude. And for the record, you have to wait two hours in the middle of a hallway where you either stand or sit on the ground waiting to be registered. Dont think about leaving either because if you miss your name you have to restart the whole process (I saw it happen to many people while i was waiting). Once you finally get registered it takes you about another two hours in the actual waiting room just to see a doctor. Even if google is saying they arent busy, prepare to have a full day taken by this stupid place. Would not recommend wasting your time.

Worst experience ever in Kitchener!! Wait time in the lobby was 1.5 hr and 1hr inside the check-up room.Doctor only listen what you say, wont verify actually what is causing you. Worst Doctor!! Unbelievable!!!! Better go to any emergency department in any hospital, atleast you'll know that it will take longer but you'll get treated better than here.
M	Megan Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 730 and was first in line. They opened the doors at 8:04. Was registered first and taken to a room to wait for a doctor. It is now 8:30 and I have yet to see a doctor. Some organization or urgency would have been appreciated concidering there were atleast 30 people waiting after me. There are much better walk in clinics in the region in my opinion.
J	Jass Dhillon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way too long waiting. You should have a whole day free if you want to see the doctor. They will send you to the room still you have to wait for hours for a doctor. Even then he will hear your problem properly and not interest to explain to you what is the reason. I don’t know why they have so many patients if you don’t have enough doctors to see them. Why are you wasting people’s precious time?

The wait times at the clinic can be long, but are still shorter than at other clinics I have been to. It is to be expected at a walk in clinic. On all of my visits the staff have been organized and trying to get patients through as quickly as possible. The staff are courteous. I have had better treatment here than at my previous family doctor’s office. Dr. Charkow is wonderful. He is friendly and helpful. He followed up with me to make sure I was getting appointments for the tests he requested despite this being a walk in clinic.

The nurse who saw me was working tirelessly when it was my turn around 5 and she still had more to see. then the doctor, not sure what his name was, had also stayed way beyond closing hour because he called me personally after 7pm to follow up on a question a concern I had when I was in the clinic. They were busy and there was a long wait but it was hard to find other clinics that are open and seeing patients in person during Covid, so the wait is understandable.
W	William Wilsonn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bf dislocated his knee, we waited 2 and a half hours just for the doctor to not do any tests and just told him to put ice on it. Most useless doctor ever. Don't waste your time
