★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not get a doctor with this clinic, reception is completely unprofessional, specifically Melissa, they brush you off and then blame YOU for something they did. Switching doctors ASAP. I wish I could give this place a negative 10 as a 1 is even too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called last week as my son son under 2 was sick and they recommended I take my son to the er last place We wanted to go as the virus is abd and there are outbreaks etc. I take him to er and even the doctors who saw us asked why we were sent there and why our own doctor did not see us as they can do tests there. Now I am trying to get ahold of someone there after already speaking to some one today and the phone says number has been disconnected or not in service. Clinic and service they provide has started to go downhill last year or so, not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kaldas since they opened practice in Brantford and have never been any happier with the level of service from Dr. Kaldas and the entire staff. She is very knowledgeable and very professional and genuinely cares for her patients. In short she is amazing and the Pharmacist Abram, which is in the building, is very kind and friendly and very efficient. All in all it's the best decision we've made for are health. Thank you kindly to all of you for everything you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My NP is phenomenal!! Staff are pleasant and helpful if I have any questions they get back to me as soon as they can. I needed to get my 4 month daughter in and was seen right away and booked for follow ups as needed while I was in the office. Very happy with our healthcare provider as it’s not an easy profession the last couple years!
