My experience here was all over the place. The consultants and girls at front desk were very friendly and great. The seamstress Nadia is incredible. That said, the organization is non-existent. I had called to switch the date that i need the dress by (there was still 2 months and i had had my first fitting already), as i was shipping it to my wedding planner while we were doing additional travel. The date got very close and i called about when my next fitting was (i had to call to book every fitting through this whole process) and found out it was 5 days AFTER i needed it, and found out they had never updated the date even though i spoke with 3 people about it. I was not offered an earlier fitting and wasnt even given an apology about the mix up. I was speaking with the owner. When i was speaking with the owner in person at my next fitting, she continued to blame the seamstress, and then a consultant, she also tried to insinuate i was lying. The cost to ship this dress express was way less than luggage for multiple flights. I cant stress enough how bad i feel for these employees and i hope the owner figures out better organization then a notebook and checkmarks and maybe takes some time to figure out how to treat people. That was appalling. **update: after feeling uncomfortable about a seam on the dress, i took it to another seamstress, who immediately pointed out 4 issues from the alterations that had been done already, and proceeded to show me all the other ways it should be altered. In total, she said shes removing another 2 inches from both sides, redoing the straps, and redoing the bust cups. Please for the love of god, if you buy your dress from here, just take it and go. Go to any other seamstress and enjoy the communication and organization that bridal boutique will not provide you.

The staff at this store are lovely 10/10 recommend. They are gentle and guide you and dont push the sale on you and really care about your wants and needs. Everytime i look at my dress it takes away the stress i feel about my wedding because i am so in love and bridal boutique helped me get there from picking it out to making alterations and more. Great store.

While I was very excited to go wedding dress shopping, I was also quite anxious as I'm a full-figured woman. I thought my confidence would suffer in sample sizes, trying to imagine a day where I should be at my most beautiful, but feeling the opposite. My experience here could not have been further from that fear. Jessica, my bridal consultant, made it such a warm, welcoming, fun experience and I found my perfect dress in my very first appointment at my very first store. I had made appointments at other stores which I kept - but none came close to the same carefree, happy, and romantic experience I had at Brantford Bridal Boutique, so I came back the following week to buy the dress here. I cannot wait to see it!

I am sooo happy that I was recommended to go here! Not only did I find my dream dress there and so quickly, we also found my moms, my mother-in-laws and my whole bridal parties dresses! These ladies at Bridal Boutique were so amazing to me and to all of us, they truly care and go the extra mile and made us all look beautiful! I honestly can not thank you all enough! Especially Victoria who always went above and beyond and is so understanding of bride brain/bride worries! lol This was one of the best parts of my wedding planning! Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart! <3

Had a wonderful experience at this boutique. My consultant Kaitlyn was so knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time looking for wedding dresses, so she was very patient and supportive. Gave me so many different styles of dresses to try. And really made me feel comfortable. Thank you Kaitlyn for helping me say yes to the dress.

Today was my very first bridal appointment and Jessica was excellent! She took the time to get to know what I wanted, treated my entourage amazingly. We all felt very comfortable and welcoming. I recently stopped in at Bridal Boutique to (hopefully) find a dress last minute for a gala I was attending in only a few days from then. Although I have lived in Brantford since 2005, I had never been in their store before. Their window displays are always beautiful and very enticing so I jumped at the opportunity when it arose. The store easily exceeding my expectations. It’s very well laid out and easy to navigate, with a large and beautiful selection of dresses in all sizes. Jessica greeted me and my 5 year old daughter and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My daughter being a girly girl was very interested in everything glittery and Jess was so patient with her, she even got to try on a flower girl dress in anticipation for my own wedding in the coming years. I easily found a large selection of dresses in my size and style and Jess helped me try them on, offering many compliments and suggestions. I ended up finding a gorgeous dress that I don’t even need alterations for, plus a stunning necklace and hair accessory all for just under my budget. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I will definitely be back for my next event and this store will be the first (and hopefully only) stop on my hunt for a wedding dress. Thank you so much Jess!!

Got my wedding gown from here. I was looking far and wide for a dress shop that carried Martina Liana and came upon this bridal shop. So many beautiful dresses! I got my alterations done here as well. I was quite particular and they nailed exactly what I needed. My dress was perfect! Of note, I was 5 months pregnant when I ordered the dress and had my baby in December. My wedding was on March 20, 2022. They had about 4-6 weeks to get extensive alterations done and they pulled it off! So happy, thank you!!
