★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flowers were for my boss’ birthday. I wasn’t 100% impressed with the service. The initial phone call to book was lovely and said she wrote down all my details.
I requested the flowers be delivered before 12pm; they were delivered at 1pm…thankfully my boss was able to hang around.
I also wanted Gerber Daisies as the focus of the arrangement as they were her favourite and those weren’t even included in the arrangement.
Going forward if I chose them again; I would be very very clear about your requests.

So kind. But amazingly creative, anything you want they can do! Staff are sweet and really artistic!! Their beautiful unique creations are absolutely stunning!
Brantford Blooms has made so many occasions special. Owner, knows what I like what my mom likes! And other staff are fun and it’s just an amazing experience going into that shop. So authentic! And they really care..The are not just florist, the are true artist?I love this shop. ???❤️???????

Wendy personally called me back the next day to understand my concerns and was working on it.
That impressed me

Was a nice option to have them come and decorate our venue so it was one less thing for us to worry about. All of the florals turner out amazing in our pictures and the day of.
