Dr Tan is terrible and so is this clinic. Poor communication, lack of transparency and coordination. Specifically, she deflects questions and repeatedly gives conflicting advice to what she has said previously and to what her more experienced and competent colleagues at the clinic have said, whom unfortunately are only available once a week. If you want to go to a clinic where you're treated like run of the mill customers, endure long wait lines and be treated like a customer and not a patient this is the place for you.

I've been with Toronto West Fertility for over 2 years and I cannot say enough about their professionalism, compassion and level of service. The doctors are always willing to answer your questions and they feel your pain when things don't go as planned. The nurses are absolutely wonderful. The staff at the clinic are genuine and truly care about helping you conceive. The only thing I don't like is that they aren't open on weekends and you have to go to a different clinic for procedures on weekends and the other clinic is terrible.

Dr.Tan took over the west end clinic and she is NEVER!!! there. The nurses run the show. She's too focused on the Bay st clinic as it brings more revenue to her. Obviously IVF brings in more money than regular office visit. It's a shame. Dr Ryan and Classeus need to come back, they actually cared about their patients.

My rating is based on lack of communication, even when you ask very direct questions. Although I had a file, they did not seem up to date with my information. It also took very long for my doctor to receive documents when requested, and they had to follow up many times. My advice, if you are waiting for government funding, and they call saying it is available, make sure all paper work is signed, and they provide proof that the funding is available before doing any blood work or procedures.

I will spare you the details of how my wife feels after two failed IVF’s and lack of attention to someone who lost a Fallopian tube due to their negligence, so here is my basic review: Not everyone can get pregnant, so don’t parade your newborn around the clinic, when you won’t let the husband in with his wife to speak to the doctor. You can never imagine the feeling of hearing everyone scream “congratulations” when your wife is walking out of the clinic with another failed pregnancy and has to endure that.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ryan and Dr Clauseus. I had been trying to conceive for about 6 years before going to Toronto West. I went there in January 2020 and met Dr Ryan. God bless this man. He patiently explained what he had in mind and we went through what each test meant etc. By July of the same year, I conceived and now have a baby boy that is 7 months old.. I am so thankful to God, Dr Ryan (bless him) and Dr Clauseuss. The nurses were wonderful and the lady in the scanning room too (can't remember all their names now) were so fantastic.. Thank you, thank you

I was visiting this clinic for 11 months. The clinic is clean and the covid protocol is well followed. I was always happy with the service offered especially by the ultrasound technicians and the blood test lab. The experience with the nurses was overall good but sometimes there was misscominication from some of them and among them. However, I do respect their work as I saw how hard they really work all day. They care for their patients. The front desk is always very busy, too, so sometimes, some of them are not as patient but in general they are all friendly. Dr. Tan was my doctor for the most part. Dr Yu and dr Ryan saw me each, one time. In my case and with just one time consultation, dr. Rayan's conclusion did not help. Dr. Cleassens saw me 3 times. We were of the same thinking but this did not match my needs. Dr. Tan's conclusions were the ones that worked for most part for my situation. Overall, i was happy with the doctors' help. They are all professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr. Tan's way of communicating was not always resonating with me; however, if we had a missunderstanding it was forgotten by both of us and never carried for the next appointment. I think that besides being a knowledgeable doctor, she also cares for her patients. Twice, she called me in the evening, when she could have been home to help me be less worried at the beginning of my pregnancy. Yes, all went well. I did IVF and now I am 22 weeks pregnant. My learning was that it's really hard at times for people following fertility treatments. It's not easy for the medical staff either. This is not a field with clear answers and treatments that gives 100% help and succes first try to everyone. I recommend this clinic because they are a good and knowledgeable team that does its best in the given conditions of their professions and work environment. I am thankful for everyone's help here.

I would highly recommend create west. Their COVID protocols are on point, very safe and the entire staff are all so kind and caring. From being greeted at the door to having procedures done. The nurses, doctors, technicians and admin I’ve met are all so lovely. They are professional, kind, empathetic, very knowledgeable and ensure you are always comfortable. I’ve had such a fantastic experience here and recommend them to all. Thank you so much and look forward to seeing you all again soon at my next appointment:)
