Visited this establishment twice with appointments and pure dissatisfaction; had to wait forever. Found other clinics that charge less and respect people’s time!
A	Al B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, they have a big recording saying that they are accepting new patients and when I spoke to reception to make an appointment, they said the complete opposite and said they are not accepting new patients due to COVID. I asked her why the recorded message says they are accepting new patients and she said they didn't have time to change the message! Come on its 7 months in COVID and you don't have a minute to update your phone message! That a very lazy receptionist and no apologies either for wasting my time!
Z	Zorica Mitrovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent doctor, good bedside manner and he tells it like it is. He doesn’t candy coat anything and is happy to refer you to a specialist in the neighbourhood you ask for. Reception duties need an upgrade though.

No any respect to patient at all. Very greedy doctor, wants money in cash for giving referrals and medical documents to sick patient and doesn't care for patient at all. Shout and yell on patient if doesn't pay in cash. Never see such a greedy doctor in life. Will never visit this clinic again. Found another doctor who cares for sick patients.

Tried to take appointment multiple time just for refence, recorded message says will call back, but it never happens. Tried going at the clinic, but its sealed. I suggest if they don't want to keep the clinic open they should update it on google and phone message.
B	Bruce North on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't worry about the 1 star reviews below. Most people are grumpy and complaining about their hours or lack of marketing updates during Covid. You can't expect a Dr to be a web developer and google ads expert while practicing medicine at the same time. The important thing is that they know what they are doing when it comes to the actual practice. Me and my family come here all the time. They are professional, quick and a pleasure to deal with. The receptionist is super chill and right to the point. No time wasted here. Thank you

I than went to dunbloor clinic and met Dr. Louis and he really helped me and explained everything to me in detail, he took his time to hear what I had to say when most Doctors now days don’t listen and just want to shove you a side.., just because I had a great experience I switched family doctors and now I’m with him…
