★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like costco pharmacy because if their low prices. If one doesnt have coverage, costco pharmacy is the best. The only concern is waiting time. It is 40 mins minimum. I guess it is because of lots of people would rather save some money and wait bit longer. I prefer saving too:)

Told me they were dead but it's company policy to make you wait at least 20 minutes other times ( which made me laugh) . Always give you a little receipt .. this time told me to wait a hour. Came back at time given and told me to come back in ten minutes.. waited ten minutes and still not ready. Here I am at 90 minutes waiting writing this.
Snotty girl saying I can come back another day.
Really, how long does it take to count out 50 pills...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pharmacists have always been very helpful and accommodating and informative. I've been a customer here for over 4 years and prefer them over any other pharmacy I've used in the past. Darcy especially has been most excellent and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location by far in Edmonton. Waited at the self check out where there were 5, yes 5 employees standing around chatting to customers instead of helping those who needed the help. Yelled out for help and the associate who helped me told me I couldn't use the coupons at self check out even though they had already scanned. Perhaps u need to learn a job before you represent a corporation like Costco. If it wasn't for the convenience of this location for me, I would never look back. This isn't the only BAD experience I've had at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miscounted my med, I was about to let it go, but the girl who talk on the phone was not pleasant at all. She argued saying that the count and the computer match. I was ready to let it go and told her I do not want to argue, but she keep going with how her system doesn't make mistake.. So 1 bad review. Try to de escalate the situation, not escalate it when customer already say it's ok
