I had gone here as a walk-in because I sliced my finger open and needed stitches. The girl at the counter said they were all booked up and I couldn't see the Doctor. She told me to come back tomorrow, proceeded to book me for an appointment at 3:45pm the next day. You cant wait to get stitches! I had even explained to her you can't wait for stitches and asked her to speak with the doctor because I didn't want to get an infection, she refused and said he was busy. Now today I had an appointment with Dr Shibany for 10:00 am to get test results. The clinic opens at 10:00 am and he didn't walk in until 10:40 am. He told me things happen that are out of people's control like traffic issues. Funny thing is the girl at the desk told me he doesn't usually get there until after 10:30 am. I called him out on it and he blamed the front desk for booking me for 10:00 am. They either need to change the clinics hours or show some respect and get to work on time. I was respectful enough to be early.

Dr. Fours is the worst doctor I have ever been to. He writes prescriptions and sends for tests, does not solve any physical ailments. He is a billing machine who will do anything to discourage you from actually getting treatment from him. That would take time and skill. Three separate issues that I went to see him over during the course of three years, never fix one. Wasted enormous amounts of time. Avoid this billing machine. Edit- wanted to add that I believe I was misinformed constantly about how much time required.ie take a day off to find out testing actually takes 2 days, which are not available. And about treatments he said he would perform, then he instantly tries to send you to someone else when it's time. Does nothing beyond a notepad and pen. Want to feel horrible while in need of treatment then come to Sherbrooke clinic Note left me with a tumor ,he swore he could remove at previous appointment. Rather than do the simple removal of lymphoma, he went out his way to try Nx scare me about the removal of the fat sac. Then set me an appointment with cancer clinic for a time I could not go at( which i had informed him of prior) did everything to do nothing. Still got a growing lymphoma thank you "doctor " fours. Great job on ditching liability three separate visits and days off to have him ditch treatment at last second

I was told by 811 to "seek care today" and not to wait until my actual doctors appointment in a few days, so I called ahead to Sherbrooke medi center to see the wait time, I have never been there, the reception on staff were kind and said there wouldn't be much of a wait so I went. I was signed in, and in a room with in half hour. It was another half hour of waiting inside the exam room before Dr Fours came in, I told him what what going on and that I was urged by the RN at 811 to go in because I could be in serious trouble. He didn't examine me in anyway, and showed very little concern with my symptoms and essentially blew them off, wants me to get a bunch of blood work done and that's it. In the meantime I'm in pain. And he said "if you were in as much pain as you say, you wouldn't be sitting here like you are" so I assume if I were crying and rolling around the floor he might have taken me more seriously. I will be getting a second opinion, because I know what I'm going through isn't as light as he made it seem. Oh... And he told me if my symptoms continue or get worse...I should to go to the emergency room..... which, I'm trying to avoid.. by coming to a medi center. But yeah. I'll just hang tight until it gets worse. Thanks Dr. Fours.

I walked in 20mins before closing , never been here before, so they had to create a new file. There was no issues or grief given, I was able to see the doctor, even after it was past closing time by the time the receptionist took me to the back. Much more pleasant experience then 1 of the other medical centers in the area that I tried to goto before heading here.

I have visited this clinic several times in the past four weeks. Always friendly staff and first thing they do is check my blood pressure and temperature. Reasonable wait time and pharmacy conveniently located inside. Quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for your services.

The receptionist/medical assistant is wonderful!! This whole clinic is just highly efficient like a well oiled machine - was able to get me in as a walk-in same day, and I could pick up my prescription right there. Very thankful that I was able to be seen.

I really wanted to like Dr. Fours but after dragging on my ailments and barely providing me with any real care, I now have a grocery list of things to go over with a new GP. The last few breaking points were: 1) Me booking any phone consult and the doctor not at all calling several times (and not following up). If you can't manage your phone consults, don't offer them just to sound like you're accessible - because you aren't. I've had family doctors able to manage their time that were far busier than this clinic. 2) being told my mental health struggles weren't that serious because i "look" happy. And other offhand comments about how he doesn't think I'm needing care without running any tests or asking any questions. I had to actively advocate to him that I'm struggling for him to *somewhat* believe me. 3) and, finally, being sent home with a concussion and a broken nose, when I walked in during their walk-in hours, 1 hour before closing, because the doctor decided he was done taking patients. I love one receptionist there, she's lovely. There is one other one though with awful manners. When I called to follow up about my phone consult, I was told that he has patients. Like... I'm not a patient? She is also very rude on the phone consistently. She doesn't listen through the whole question and just assumes she knows what you're going to say - and she makes it clear she's annoyed by it. She constantly cuts you off and raises her voice at you - which is extremely triggering as someone who's coming from an abusive past. I've brought this up to Dr. Fours but he just laughs it off and makes it sound like I'm the issue. Based on other reviews, though, this isn't a new occurence.

Walk in's are treated more badly than people with appointments. The reviews below are valid(good and extreme bad). One Receptionist has very bad work ethic and manners. One Doctor was 10 mins late from open. Second Doctor came late at 1 hour & 15min late. 15 mins late to his first appointment booked for him. Only good thing was one good receptionist keeping things flowing. The clinic needs proper management and Doctors to care. 1 hour wait and counting .... Only hope the actual visit with Doctor has merit.
