S	Subash Wickramasekara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best service encounter for renewing my in-law’s passport today. With covid-19 restrictions consulate office does their best to serve us with rotating staff. The officer was very helpful and went over all our documents to make sure nothing was missed. To our surprise it was Mr. Kapila Jayaweera who had been helping us through out the process as the frontline man. Mr.Jayaweera you set a perfect example to show that there are still good government servants in foreign service. I salute you sir!

The Consulate General Mr. Kapila and his staff member Nirosha were very professional, kind and helpful, towards me and all the clients that were present there. If we go ready with the required documents, we will be helped to complete our work within a short period of time, by all the dedicated staff there. The consulate General Mr. Kapila was performing all the duties along with all the staff on duty. Thank you very much Sir for your service to us!
S	Siva Arumugam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have asked to drop the Life certificate form in a box kept there and told they will send it by post for which I have provided envelope with stamp affixed. Also I'm told they will send it by post within two days. Now one week passed no response. If I don't send it to Colombo pension office before March 31,they may withhold my monthly pension. This is the first time I am having bad experience.

Things that could be done without much hassle elsewhere takes more effort over here. However there has been an improvement in customer service. A smile and a welcome may go a long way??
